The staff were great, but we got tons of different estimates that changed constantly about the time it would be ready and much of it was conflicting. We were directed to monitor progress on the app which was always different than what they said at the shop. If I left a message with your AI voice assistant, noone ever called me back. When I text messaged it was great and when I actually spoke with your staff they were great so the real problem for me was with the digital tools which seem like they aren't fully integrated into the process.

I received a text with updates. Which I really appreciate. When I went to pick up my vehicle, they had washed it and detailed the inside. I own a big dog that sheds all year long. It is hard to keep up with all the fur in my car. Having them detail the inside meant everything to me
