The repairs were done really fast. Insurance quoted us 2 weeks and it was done in 4 days. This made me question the quality of the work until I saw the car. I was picky but still couldn't see anything to complain about. It was great!

Cascade Collision was so amazing to work with! They kept me informed every step of the way. They were able to coordinate with the rental car company so I was picked up at their location and I was able to leave the rental with them when I picked up my vehicle. The repairs on my car look amazing, it really looked even better than before my accident. The interior was cleaner inside than it was when I initially purchased it the car from the dealership. Cascade truly treated me like family. Michelle and Danielle went above and beyond every step of the way! I will always bring my vehicles to them going forward and would highly recommend them to anyone needing collision repairs.

I just love love love love love your entire team!! They're so good to us every time we come in!! They were done ahead of schedule, so good at communicating... Michelle is SO good, SO good to everyone and so good to work with, but everyone is great. Everyone is so helpful, pays such great attention to detail... Very transparent and thorough in the work that was done. Like that i got to meet the Tech that preformed the work on my truck. Everything i wanted done was preformed professionally and thoroughly. The staff is very professional and easy to work with. All my questions we answered and they will take care of any isuue no matter big or small. Im very satisfied with the service that was performed. I am extremely happy with the customer service at Cascade Collision Repair! After getting into a car accident, I took my truck there, and they went above and beyond to take care of me. Not only did they handle the repairs efficiently, but they also fought to make sure the insurance provided a rental equivalent to my truck instead of a small car they were trying to put me in. The two ladies at the front desk are absolutely the best, so kind, helpful, and professional. I highly recommend Cascade Collision to anyone in need of top-notch service!
