The ladies at the front desk were great. Work is done really well. The reason for the 9 is because I had to call back and ask if the rear passenger was buffed and it was not because they didn't have the tool. Which is fine. I would have liked to know before we picked up the car. Now we have to find time to bring it back to have it buffed.

I am very happy with Cascade Collision. Our Honda Pilot was involved in a hit and run but they made it look brand new. They were very quick and very easy to work with. They also worked with my insurance to figure almost everything out without needing me. Very happy with them. I hope I don’t need them in the future, but if I do, I’ll gladly go back.

They are/were WONDERFUL!! They've taken really good care of us, they've been transparent, they've got great communication, they're SWEET as ALL get out at the front desk!!! I love them!!! The shop does/did a great job also!! They worked hard at it and were fast. The quality of work is exceptional.
