Took a lot more time than I expected to take. It would have been quicker had I been CCd in the beginning when Cascade reach-out to my insurance, that would have allowed me to see that they were just sitting on the paperwork and harass my insurance sooner, speeding up the processes by a few days.

While the customer service and body work were excellent, there are several discrepancies with the prep/finish work to my vehicle. The outer passenger side ac vent now has a glue/adhesive on it. The headliner looks like it was removed/installed by someone who just rebuilt a motor. There are now a few missing screws that help secure the forward wheel well covers. The windshield that was replaced had a line of tint on top as the replacement windshield does not. The hood insulation has a missing fastener. I know that I sound like I am being overly critical, but feel that I should get my vehicle back as it was before the hail damage.

I will leave a final rating/comments in a survey I received after this one once my headliner and windshield tint have been replaced/ installed as promised. Cascade Collision's staff treat me with kindness and respect. The buildup of my vehicle after the repairs could and should have been of better quality.

Was quoted and the price ended up being double. I was aware it could fluctuate but with a jump in price that large, I was really Not expecting it. The price was more than the dealership. But overall the work was done and done good, just feel like the price was sprung on me
