Everyone at Cascade were wonderful to work with. They kept me informed about where we were at in the process and my car looks perfect. I wanna say at first I was very upset with how cascade was , and how one of the representatives from travelers was she was a manager and how she treated me over the phone was very unprofessional and rude and she shouldn’t be a manager let alone be working there , cascade when I called them told them what she did and said they did everything they could to help me and worked with me ! At first like I said I was very upset with how cascade was but it was because of that manager and lack of communication at travelers .
