I am so glad I chose Cascade Collision in West Haven. I initially went in for a free estimate and Chad was so helpful. I then decided to have my car worked on by their team. I loved the service from start to finish, they kept me updated through their automated text services and I would get an update Tuesdays and Thursdays. This was super important to me because most places give you an update once a week and even then, you would need to call them for an update. Bonus! My car was done a week earlier than originally estimated. Laken was super helpful if I called in and never made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. I am super thankful for the team and Cascade Collision and their auto body team - Sue, Lane, Chad and Laken! My car looks and drives like it did before the accident!
