One of the worst things is having your car wrecked. The 2 best things that came out of the wreck was having good insurance and working with Cascade Collision Repair Shop in West Haven UT. They immediately got my car tore down & the estimate to the insurance company. Then every few days I would get a text that informed me of how the repairs were going and that they were still on time to have it finished when promised. Actually they finished a few days earlier than projected! My car is running and looks like it did when I bought it new. I Highly recommend Cascade Collision for your auto repairs.

It was terrifying to get in car accident, but I've learned 2 things. Having a good insurance company & a good collision repair company is very important. Cascade Collision on Midland Rd in West Haven was excellent. They immediately got to work tearing it apart & getting the estimate to my insurance company. They kept me up to speed with text to let me know each step. They had my car finished days before the projected finish time they had projected. They let me know when the parts arrived, when it was in the paint shop & when they were putting it back together. When I picked up my car everything was ready. My car looked new & it still drives like new. I was so impressed & would definitely recommend Cascade for auto collision repair. I gave them 10 stars. Thank you Cascade

Laken was amazing to work with in the West Haven shop/office. Kept we well informed on the status of my car. When I got the car back I was pleasantly surprised to see that they cleaned up the inside of my car. Pretty amazing service all together.

My only concern that I would have, and it had nothing to do with my service because the service was amazing and I 100% will recommend you guys, but I had a pack of cigarettes in the car when I dropped it off. When I came back to grab my items from it I noticed it was missing but assume it had fallen down. However, the car was cleaned, very nicely might I add, and they were still no where to be found. It such a little thing I didn’t want to make a fuss about it but I did want to let you know.
