Mark was excellent. However, our window was tinted by the company you use. It was not the correct percent color and bubbled within 24 hours. We had to take it to our tint person to remove the tint and be re-tinted. The drivers side mirror power opens and closes. No one checked that. My husband realized it when he got home. We had to bring the truck in to have Mark look at it to show him. It wasn’t done properly, a new part had to be ordered and a week later we had to bring the truck back for a few hours for them to correct the mistake. They should’ve been caught before we were called to pick up the truck.
