I believe Kevin is a total asset to the Cass Collision team. From the very first call regarding the accident I had with my vehicle to the finishing touch Kevin was/is professional, listened to what I was saying, knowledgeable in the discussion on what needed to be repaired. Very thorough in his examination of my car. When I picked up my vehicle the car looked great. After a few days I discovered that the outer post between the drive side door/window and the passenger door/window before I took my car to get fixed I had a nice black finish on the post. Now it was a dull mess. This black post between two windows (driver side window and driver side passenger window) now had a very dull finish. One could tell that someone wiped some type of product on the post when my car was being worked on. The product that was used literally removed the finish leaving it to be a dull back mess. I called Kevin right away, Kevin said to stop by to have him see what I was speaking of which I did. He saw exactly what I was speaking and It was confirmed by pictures that were taken when I was getting an estimate for my car that mess/flaw (post) was not part of the accident, the post was in perfect condition. The painter sprayed the post with black paint which of course it made the post look a 100% better. But if you look closely you can tell it does not match the other trim around the windows. If I ever need to have my car repaired again âI definitely would go to âCass Collison.â They stand behind their work!! Customer Satisfaction is very important to the Cass Collision Team!!
