Clear coat was running down hood. Didn't replace front grill which is cracked. Didn't replace missing engine splash guard. They emptied coolant and didn't refill or replace radiator cap. Overheated on the way home. They did take full responsibility for coolant, and repaired.

Even though it took longer than we thought and picking it up on the biggest snowfall of the year it the interior of the van was cleaner than when I dropped it off and knowing they guarantee there workmanship for life I have never been happier with a collision shop
