Donald was awesome to work with (despite being a Chiefs fan). Out of all the collision centers I’ve been through for insurance claims over the last 7 years, Cavender was by far the best. The service was amazing from start to finish and the quickness was incredible. As always, a Cavender location goes above and beyond.

On my own experience I won’t because my experience was very bad when they give me my truck was a bad experience my truck was unsafe to drive and no one has the time in there to check and know if was safe to drive some sensors was acting wrong and was pulling my wheel to the side of the Road if I speed over 60 I have to go back again next day for them to fix it and the person who take care of my work David said was the mechanic fault at this time if something happen will be no David fault or the mechanic will be CAVENDER NAME ON, very unhappy with David. Service when I pick up my truck he only give me the keys and told me to go back to him when I don’t getting my personal items from the rental., he never step out from the office to show me or told me anything about my truck

Great customer service from the employee at the front desk and the the employee who take the time to check the truck with me inch by inch great customer service to them but I’m really disappointed with the one who call me and was keeping me update about my truck he was telling me something was no right he give me the. Wrong information about what was happening with my truck and said they replace parts as new and at the end was no true they just scrubb and pain the same part, I think Cavender give David as the person to talk to me because I’m hispanic and he speak Spanish but I believe I deserve to have the same customer service as the other customers he has., I was very confused because when I bring my truck one person was checking the details with my and I thought he will be the one taking care of my truck process but then the other person was keeping me updated when I ask him about he said he can’t talk to me and the reason it’s because I missing some parts on the other fog light and he don’t know nothing about and my truck has a scratch on the back that was no there when I bring my truck., David has no good customer service at the time he help me he never take the time to show me the work Cavender has done for me.!
