I think Cavender, on there end did a good job, but I do think that they could have been more forceable and tried to negotiate better prices from Fred Loya Insurance on the Supplement for Alignment and Calibration. This accident was not my fault and it ended up costing me more than $1,500 out of pocket.

Overall, great service and repair. I left and realized that my tank was completely empty. It had at least a quarter or more when it arrived there but beyond that it would have been amazing to have had enough to get me safely back home. Exceptional work and attention to detail on my repair. Consistent daily updates on the status of repairs. And vehicle was actually available for my pick up one day earlier than expected. Was treated by friendly staff respectfully and had all of my questions about the details of the repair work answered clearly enough for me to understand those details and the reasons for specific areas that needed parts replaced and other areas where parts could be reused.
