Representative did great job of providing updates on status of vehicle and was very professional . I was not informed of service charge of using debit/credit card. Due to competing events, I did not have time to go and get a money order or cash from ATM. I paid $97.00 service charge fee. If I knew about the fee I would made other arrangements to pay balance.

Daniel was very professional and courteous. The one thing that impressed me most was his communication skills. Not only did he speak well but he kept us informed consistently about our repairs.
