We would have appreciated better communication. We were originally told that parts were ordered on Friday. They would be in Monday and the car should be ready on Tuesday so we got shot a motel for Sunday and Monday nights. Our insurance agent tried to cal several times on Monday for an update on the cars status. She left messages that were never returned. We called Monday at 10:00 am. Left a message. Called again at 11:00 am. Directly to the crash department and found out that the person we had talked to originally was out sick. Then we were told that the car was ready fortunately we had already checked out of our room. We were given the imprressthat the car was probably greasy on Monday
