first of all, when it was evaluated I contacted the guy whose name was on the evaluation. He did t reply for a few days so I called in and made appt for the repair. Atleast respond to customer you are on vacation and direct them to someone else. Then when car came out it had damage on passenger side front and back door. Art said it was therebwhen he got it, but the pictures he sent were not from the location where we left it. NOT happy! My husband sees all blemishes on our vehicles from a dirt scuff to dents. We do not believe it was there prior to my dropping it off on Monday night, Jan 20. But I unfortunately we don’t have pictures to prove. We WILL next time some work gets done. Art never bothered to call and ask if that was part of the damage or not. Believe customer service was lacking.

It ended on a good note, but the ball was dropped on the front end. The car sat for 3 weeks before anyone even looked at it and then the repairs were not complete. Had to bring it back to have something adjusted that should have been caught. It was all pretty frustrating, honestly.

From the moment to enter the office, your greeted by someone friendly and concerned about your needs. Art Castano has helped me in the past and did so again, he is usually very busy but always willing to take the time to help and put your mind to ease, he is very professional. I hope I don’t need Cavender in the future however if I do. The choice is easy.
