I would never bring my car for repair back to CBS unless I would be dealing exclusively with the owner David for all conversations and updates - and even then after the horrible experience I would think twice . Their communication is horrendous. Multiple times I was promised communication and a ready pickup only to be disappointed that the car was not ready. Once I even showed up when they promised the car would be ready and was turned away because it was not.

Because they are not profesional. The insurance gave good money to be Fixt and I’m not satisfied with all that.

Wonderful service and Nahal, the office manager is so phenomenal and provides wonderful customer service and makes you believe you are the only client they have yet they have so many customers and I believe they all feel the same. The owner David, has made this place the only body shop that I would go to. I totally recommend.
