My whole experience went great! I ordered a the same vehicle with different specifications and features, the salesman Oscar was honest with me and told it might take a while. He contacted me a few weeks later and told he was getting a Sienna similar to the one I wanted. The van came when he told me and the whole process on getting the van went well. We love our 2022 Sienna.

Had to take my vehicle in twice because they only fixed 1/2 so of it the 1st time. When I picked it up the 2nd time, there was so much polishing compound all over I had to was it twice to get it all off! Decal is all rough on the edge & swirls in the paint.
