Was very happy with the drop off experience and letting me know how things were going. I thought I was clear about what I wanted done. I was hoping to get three things done. Vehicle running, frame straightened and an alignment. Did a great job straightening the frame. I told them if it needs a battery to replace it. This was not done and I didn’t get an alignment either. Disappointed because I still need to get this done.

Their work is usually excellent. This last time was a minor repair replacing a mirror. Unfortunately one of the tabs securing the cover is broken, and the panel was about to fall off. After speaking to the ladies in the office, they said to bring it back in, and it would be addressed. As soon as I get back in the area. I will do that and I’m sure it’ll be fine.
