They did not fix a part of my car. Their communication skills need work. Anytime I called to check up they had an attitude. They were supposed to call me back to follow up on my questions and never did I had to be the one to reach out about the car. Gave no updates unless I asked. The car was in the shop for 3 weeks and they failed to fix a part of it. I explained this to them and they told me there was nothing they could do which was a lie. They made remarks about me to one of my family members. Now I have to have my car in the shop for more time because they neglected to fix something. Very unprofessional.
