Oh gosh, I would rate it a 15 if I could. Everyone was very professional , kind and accommodating. They spent time with me to make sure I was pleased with the outcome of my repairs. And I love that they kept me updated on my car via text. I never had to call them to see what was going on. Such a great team there!

My sign on the front of my car was taken off but not put back on. My mirror,hanging from the front,was removed and won't go back on. I don't think this safe to drive like this.

I'm very happy with the collision repairs but upset my tag on front of the car wasn't put back on. Also, my rear view mirror was broken off and was lying on the backseat floor. It was broken. I had to have replaced by different company. No one knew what happened.

The shop had my vehicle for three weeks, I still need a part that hadnt come in yet & a bolt fell out of my door.

The customer service was inconsistent, I would get texts saying my vehicle would take 12 days to complete, then ibwould get texts saying the vehicle was ready to be done. I often had to call in to find out the true nature of my car status.
