Centerline has two shops. I had the estimate done at the Castle Shannon location and was going to have the work done there, upon receipt of a fender. A few weeks later I get a phone call, chastising me for not having dropped off my car. I responded by telling the woman who called, that no one notified me, and did that mean my fender was in? She said didn't know and that she would get back to me. Hours go by with no call back. I call them back, speaking to different person. He checked and said my fender had not yet even been ordered -- and would I be OK with having the work done at their Baldwin Boro location instead, because of the volume of work at Castle Shannon. I agreed. The manager of the Baldwin Boro location called me within the hour and told me that they had ordered the fender. The car was in the shop shortly after the receipt of the fender. The communication was great, he explained what issues arose with regard to additional parts being needed and gave me pretty specific timelines. Upon pick-up, the body work was outstanding. I would happily return to the Baldwin location. The Castle Shannon one is obviously too busy, so I would not return there, even though it is geographically closer to my home.

Went to perform an oil change today. Noticed the engine cover is gone, assuming wasn't put back on after working on the electrical harness. Will call on 7/13 to retrieve it.

When I picked the vehicle up, there was a new ding on the rear hatch that wasn't there prior to the accident & repair. Being that the hatch was repaired & repainted, I feel they should have corrected it. I had to leave for Maryland hours after picking up the vehicle so I couldn't take the time to address the issue. The ding is to the left of the license plate- not bad but very noticable to everybody that looks at it.
