They made the whole process super easy. I was rear ended and they want through my insurance. They made it so easy when it came to drop off and the rental car and pick up. What was even better was they would text updates twice a week so I didn't have to keep calling and checking status of my car they would let me know. I would definitely work with them again.

Staff went above & beyond. Another location was not as busy. They transfered my vehicle for me w/ the parts, so I could get my vehicle back quicker. They also handled getting my rental back to its appropriate location.

I fully recognize that there was extensive damage done, but the finish date was originally May 5, then put off twice to May 12. I picked up the vehicle and immediately returned it due to a loud clanking noise underneath. Cost me an additional day of rental car. They said a strut bolt had worked loose. Why wasn't this noticed when the car was driven from the repair shop to the detail shop? According to the repair detail, that strut had been worked on. 80 foot/pound bolts don't regularly 'work loose'. I suspect it wasn't tightened correctly.

had a ford warranty paint issue and had to use ford certified shop.found out the painter andrew schroeder was working there. i have worked with him. wanted someone i know and trust to touch my truck. he is why i went to centerline collision shop 2.

I smelt fumes coming into my car so I pulled over and checked my hood and they forgot to put the oil cap back on so there was oil all over my engine and all over the top of my hood
