Central Auto Body Rebuilders, Inc. is a family owned and operated full-service collision repair facility that has served the St. Louis area for more than 70 years. We started in 1955 with a small 1,500 square foot shop. Since then, our facility has grown to over three quarters of a square block with over 2 acres of parking and 5 buildings. We are committed to customer satisfaction, and our professional conduct has earned us the loyalty of our customers and their referrals to family and friends. Our technicians are ASE Blue certified are up-to-date with on-going automotive training. We were the first I-Car Gold shop in the St. Louis area, and longest running Gold Shop in the country. Our craftsmen are I-Car Platinum certified, ASE Blue certified and our on-staff mechanic is ASE Master Tech certified. Our shop is a member of the Better Business Bureau, maintaining an A+ rating. We are a member of ASE and Certified First Network, and we offer direct repair for most insurance companies.

Nobody wants to get bodywork done. Central Autobody makes it easy. The team did great work and the rep we worked with had great communication skills. Incredibly accommodating with our schedules. Would recommend them to friends and family.

Most everyone was incredibly kind both in person and on the phone. I did have one interaction that came off a bit rude and harried over the phone, but I suspect the shop was just busy then.

Dennis is the person who handled my auto body repair. Dennis and staff of Central AutoBody were very professional and pleasant. Central auto body did an amazing job, down to matching the exact color of front grill to rest of body of car. ( Car was previously painted). When the rental car company did not arrive for a scheduled pick- up ( after 20 min), central auto body staff person drove me to car rental location. The entire staff was outstanding

Rick was excellent. He was professional, prompt, and polite. He kept me abreast of my repairs each step of the way and explained how they'd work with insurance. He pushed back on insurance to get me a new fender instead of caving and repairing it. I'm not speaking in analogies when I say that Rick's service was 10/10.

Although I hope I don’t have to, I would definitely use them again if needed. Excellent communication, friendly, personable, service, and my car looked beautiful. I appreciated the phone calls about updates regarding my repair work and the communication with the insurance company. Work was done in the time that they promised. Very happy with my experience.
