Was told the car would take 4 to 5 days until complete. Ended up being over 2 weeks. Was told multiple times that the car should be done by this date only to have it pushed back . It was very frustrating .

The staff was very professional and courteous. Updates were frequent and any questions I had were answered fully. When the insurance money for my rental car was used up, a loaner vehicle was provided. to prevent renting another vehicle with my own money. The work was done professionally and expertly. My vehicle looked just like it came out of the factory. Overall great experience.

Really liked having Enterprise right there at the shop. Even though I didn't have car rental cover on my insurance, Enterprise gave me the Central rate of $27.99 per day which was very reasonable.
