It should never take getting the shop owner involved to prevent damage to your vehicle during repairs and the rudeness of one staff member ruined the entire experience. It only takes one.

Customer reps are nice, but shop supervisor has a significant attitude problem. Shop owner involvement was necessary due to shop supervisor's inability to conduct himself appropriately. Accusation that customer damaged car, when shop did damage is completely unsatisfactory and a major customer service failure.
