It’s by far the worst collision experience I’ve ever seen in my 30 years of owning vehicles. It took central Cadillac 3 1/2 months to return our vehicle back still needing a bumper, chipped windshield, front hood alignment and passenger door lettering readjustment.

I had to drop off the my car on a weekend when the shop was closed.. That caused a delay for almost a week before work began on it. I would like to have been told about that, because I would have kept the car and not turned it in until it could have been worked on. The work itself was fine, but I would have kept the car longer if I had been told.
