Mike Swaboda (Collision Mgr.) & his team are "phenomenal!" They aim to please me and all their customers, and they are successful EVERY TIME! Mike is welcoming, professional, good listener, and more importantly, he & his team make feel like "family" all the time, even when they see me in the service dept, they make it a point to greet me. The quality of their body work is a "10 to the 180th power!" I would recommend everyone I know to them, and I have in the past.

I’m so glad I got this survey. I had cleaning the interior and exterior of my vehicle on my to do list for this weekend and when I saw how clean the car was I was thrilled. And then I stepped inside and I was WOWed! I had never expected the vacuum and window washing and other detailing that was performed. I am so thankful and grateful that I chose to come to Central Cadillac. Exceeded my expectations and then some. Thank you for your excellent service!

It was a long process in getting the work completed but the results are excellent. The Cadillac Division must improve their parts department if they want loyal customers to continue doing business with them.
