We were told it would take 4-5 days for our car to be repaired. Over a week later still no one had called us or returned our calls to inform us it would be longer. Customer service needs to be improved.

It's appears fixed on the outside but it makes a noise on the outside when in motion now.

Never called with updates to the vehicle. Stated vehicle would only be in the shop for 3-4 days and it was there for over two weeks. We called several times a day with no answer and left messages on the shop's machine. This place of business needs to be dealt with by management and even a class on customer service would do them some good.

I was scared and nervous about getting my car repaired, I've had a car repaired by a different dealer and I didn't like the work. However, Mike made me feel safe and he reassured me that the work would be completed to my satisfaction. Guess what? He was right. The car look great, I can't even tell there was previous damage. Everyone was so nice through the whole process, Central Cadillac made it so convenient getting into the rental car right at the Central Cadillac location. My insurance company rep misquoted how many days I could get a free rental, but Mike pulled my claim and informed me that I had more than just a 2 day rental, and that I'd have the free rental up until my car was repaired. I'll definitely come back to Central Cadillac again, hopefully this time I'll be back to purchase an ATS :-) Thanks for doing a job well done. Best, Darlene

When I called to have my ATS repaired by the body shop. They placed me in a new CTS rental car. They kept me up to date with their progress on my car, and called me when the car was finished. They made a bad situation better.I wish more businesses were like yours.
