We were exactly on the same page about the work that needed/I wanted done. The paint was on the entire side to better blend in the repair, which is the proper way to do it. Being a dealership, I was not surprised that the car was detailed afterward, but I was surprised at how great if a detailing job was done. Even the scuffed and worn rims were shiny. The car looked better than when I bought it. I also appreciate that the team only addressed the reason for my visit. I generally shy away from repair work at dealerships because of past experiences with salespeople wanting me to forget the repair and trade in for a new vehicle. There was no sales pressure and I greatly appreciate that.
