Mike, the auto body dept mgr is awesome and AIMS to PLEASE! He was very, very accomodating, coordinated the pick up of my rental car from his dealership, central Cadillac. The lobby area has free choices of coffee, tea, cocoa & refrigerated bottled water to choose from. Staff & service at Central goes beyond the call of duty to please their customers! You can't go wrong with Central Cadillac!!! P.S. this is also where I purchased my 2017 XTS Cadillac as well! Go Central Cadillace & keep up the good work...you too Mike!!!!
