I think my car wasn’t properly inspected prior to return to customer as I encountered issues and had to return back plus all the scratches I found even tho they took away the $1K deductible I had to pay which in reality all the damages I found where much more than that. This is the reason why I have a 7.

First of all I appreciate the work that was done. But I found issues that had to go back twice after picking up my car not to mention the scratches I’ve found throughout the car interior. Even the car dealership purchase sticker somehow got taken out of the back of the car. My car key cover was give it back to me destroyed. 2 windshield were scratched Bradly affecting the tinted work on them. Car was delayed over 3 weeks due to a malfunction on the roof of the car after installation.

The only body shop I would recommend. I am a tough customer who is very particular about repairs and customer service. I gave CFPB the grades I did because I am so happy with how I was treated, how we were informed, how great the repairs were and how it looked when we picked it up.

Our Tesla Y came out of this shop in perfect condition. From the estimate to the finished repair, Central Florida Paint & Body kept us informed. The workmanship was outstanding. I could tell that every craftsman took pride in their work and wanted to make me, their customer, happy. Here is an example: the car had semi-reflective pin-strips on both sides, applied at the factory. Because a front quarter-panel had to be replaced, part of one side would lose it's pin-strip. Tesla doesn't sell replacement pin-strip decals so, after calling me about the issue, they removed the existing pin-strips on both sides and had their pin-strip contractor apply new pin-strips at no charge. They didn't have to do that but they did because that is the kind of organization they are. I would only recommend Central Florida Paint & Body to my friends.
