Hello, It was very pleasant, But the color of my bumper is not the same, I am waiting a call from Chris Murray, he told me that he’ll repaint it. The rest was excellent, Murray was very attentive.

You need a better intake form "work authorization" form especially for Tesla warranty. I can't see myself coming back due to that page . And none the less it had to be signed supposedly before giving estimate .. yet estimate is not always final . I'd give a 10 other wise

This business is by far the superior place to have your vehicle serviced. The level of service is above and beyond! I was floored on the amount of detail they gave me van back. Went to the root of our issue and went to another level and I am grateful and thankful. They have a customer for life.

I guess it depends on what insurance company the customer has. The shop will hold your vehicle until terms of estimate are agree upon between insurance company body shop

The guy in charge told me that he was going to replace my wheel for a new one and that process was going to take an extra week (4 in total since the day I dropped off my car). However, it took two weeks more (6 in total) to get the same damaged wheel and barely fixed.
