The workmanship of the repair itself was very good however I was never contacted by anyone during the 3 weeks my vehicle was being serviced. When I did call to get a time estimate the first time I was told that my adjuster was ‘not here for some reason’. When I called a week after that to check I was told it would be ready on Monday and was ready on Tuesday and when I finally picked the vehicle up it had low tire pressure, missing Schrader valve caps on my tires, a missing piece of felt liner in my trunk, a fastner cover shoved in my center console, and the manual release for my charging port was not attached. Besides Jamila everyone else that I talked to was not very helpful and was definitely not as good of an experience as the first time we came to have work done.

From the very first step into this shop I knew I had come to the right place. Adam was who took care of my vehicle through this process and he over delivered. Even though my car was hit hard from flying debris in a construction zone the repair is perfect! They stay busy there but always had time for any questions I had. If I ran a business like this I would want 100 Adams working there. I highly recommend this highly professional shop. It was worth my hour and a half drive each way to take my Tesla in for repairs.
