I highly recommend this repair shop. They were clean, professional, kept me well informed and did an EXCELLENT job with my tesla. I drove over an hour from another county for their service and would do it again without hesitation. Nadar took extra time with me to discuss what the plan for my repair would be, kept me updated throughout the process and a LIVE person answered the phones. This is a quality auto shop and I am so glad to have found them.

When in Florida I wouldn't take my Tesla anywhere else for body work.

Repair quality was outstanding, undetectable repair and good as new. They were extremely thorough with my Tesla and got all original part replacements back to brand new. Did not cut corners and got supplements from the insurance company to fix below the surface damage.

The customer service from everyone from the front desk to the painters to the estimators is unusually outstanding. They must have a great training system and customer focussed company culture. They treat the customer with utmost respect, patience and kindness it's very reassuring when you trust your precious vehicle to them. Special shout out to Sam Cruz for helping me navigate a complicated back and forth with a foreign insurance company (Canada) and reassuring me of the steps along the way. He even gave me a tour of the facilities when my vehicle was torn down to maintain full transparency throughout the process.

Noted some scratches that were not pointed out prior to taking my car in. One scratch is especially noticeable so I don't think that one was overlooked. One headlight was not working and I had to go back for them to fix something that should have been a routine test prior to giving it back to me.
