Everyone was great but the communication could have been better. Had to call the shop for updates. I was not alerted that a claim was holding up the process until I called the shop, and I was able to reach out to our fleet team. Also, shop submitted that the repair was complete but did not call me to let me know it was ready.

This was the first time I visited this vehicle body shop and I was very happy not only the amazing jobs that they did for my vehicle but also the care they provided. In fact, the incident regarding to my vehicle happened right before and after hurricane Ian. GM Mr. JOHN C. And his staffs ( techs, especially Jenny ,Christian) Went out of their ways to help to repair my vehicle within time frame they promised! My car broke down same day leaving me and my child stranded in the heat , car had mildew in it even though the said my window had a seal break I never had mildew in my car like that and my hood on the car is broke won’t stay open and car makes a rattle /lose sound when driving still I gave a three because the staff was nice people as far as customer service other than that this was horrible
