As I said before, this is probably one of the best body shops in Florida. Certainly much better than the local body shop I used to do previous repairs on a car I previously owned. Their work was very sloppy and also not cheap, even their estimate doubled and the body shop had to fight with the insurance company throughout the repairs. I was lucky to even get my car back after that ordeal. The experience with CFPB was so much better.

Central Florida Paint & Body did a fantastic job with the repairs for my car. I would have given them a 10, but there were a few small items that still need to be addressed, for example the driver door that was removed needs to be better aligned. Also, the LV lithium battery was replaced as well as the front tire. While I am grateful these items were replaced while the car was at the shop, I think it would have been even better if I were informed about these items rather than me going to through the paperwork later and finding out these unexpected items were replaced. Stephanie and Eddy did a great job overall, and I know I'm a demanding customer, so for me there are just a few items that could have been communicated better. That said, I think CFPB most likely did a better job than probably any other repair shop in the state of Florida.

Stephanie did to an excellent job with handling my claim, the rental car, and getting back to me during the repair process. My only thing that keeps me wondering is how, in my case, the initial estimate started at $4,000 and 6 days to repair, up to $16,500 and over 30 days to repair. I understand how things can increase in price, however, the damage to my car was 100% cosmetic and easy to see, nothing was hidden, so it seems the estimate should have been much closer to the actual repair cost. Not to mention, I'm sure my Tesla was not the first Model 3/Y you've seen with similar damage.

Front staff was very helpful in answering all my questions and assisted me getting a car rental for pick up and return . Also I was notified on status of progress in my car repair work. My car was returned to me in spotless and repaired to factory standard.
