The staff were really nice and my car was fixed for a good price. There were a couple small scratches on my car after the repair that were not there before but the staff said they will buff them for free.

Communication with me was good and, for the most part, I felt like I was kept informed most of the way. Process dragged out at the end with payment issues between CFPB and the insurance co making it so I couldn't pick it up for at least two weeks after work was completed. Don't think I should have had to wait while they worked that out.

When I first received the vehicle at the facility, rear taillight that was newly ordered has scuff marks on it. (Was told may have came from Tesla that way). It was then driven back to get buffed out. Second attempt, I opened trunk and the rear left taillight inside was loose. Vehicle was sent back in. It came back right but edge plastic was cracked and damaged. By now I’ve been at shop for about 1.5 hrs and I sent my dad home with my daughter and had to take the vehicle the way it was. I sent Chris pic and video but didn’t hear back.
