Cliff Jones, the contact person, kept me informed throughout an over three month repair process (April 22, 2026-July 31, 2026) made so protracted by Nissan’s delay in delivering necessary parts and by the need to take the vehicle over to Mission Hills Nissan for necessary technical analysis and recalibration. Cliff kept me informed throughout this complex process. When delivery dates had to be adjusted, he always made sure I knew why. Most repair jobs aren’t this complicated. But Cliff’s ability to handle this with professional aplomb lets me recommend him and Central Valley Auto Body with absolute confidence for any kind of vehicle repair.
