I had an excellent experience with Central Valley Auto Body after my accident. From the very beginning, the entire team was professional, friendly, and very communicative throughout the repair process. Being involved in an accident is already stressful, but they made the experience smooth and reassuring every step of the way. There was a delay with the arrival of my bumper, which was completely understandable and outside of the shop’s control. What I appreciated most was that the team informed me right away and kept me updated throughout the process. Their honesty, communication, and transparency truly stood out and made me feel confident that my Cadillac was in good hands. The quality of the repair work was outstanding.
