Central Valley did a great follow up to an issue I thought was related to the repair work, Cliff dug into the issue, and their working relationship with Mercury was great, as they were able to get the Diagnostic fee from a Dealer paid to have vehicle diagnosed. Issue was not associated with the repair work and Central Valley was still generous enough to process the work for me at their discounted rate which saved me few hundred dollars for the repair.
