I was told my car would be ready in three days, but it ended up taking over three weeks. When they finally called to say my car was ready, it was already dark outside, making it difficult for me to inspect the vehicle. Despite this, they insisted I pick it up immediately. I felt rushed during the pickup process, and I had to call multiple times just to get updates on my car's status. The next day, I noticed that the paint was chipping and there was a dent in the area that was supposed to be fixed. They asked me to return after 30 days for them to assess it again and apply wax, assuring me it was under warranty. However, I can't help but feel the quality of the work was lacking given the lengthy repair time.

My expectation was the rear bumper was going to be replaced especially after an accident. The integrity of the bumper was compromised. I know it’s cost effective for the insurance company to just make repairs versus replacing a bumper. Good for them but not for us. I’m hoping that this newly fixed bumper can withstand another accident, save us and prevent another and further injuries that we’re currently dealing with. Thanks Central Valley Collision for fixing the bumper.Hopefully you can relay this message to the insurance company. FYI: Your front desk staff were really helpful, nice and informative.
