Great customer service. They were patient with me as I had to reschedule and not make it a hassle or a fee for having to do it last minute because I was sick. My car was ready faster than they originally estimated. Only reason I didn’t put 10 is when replacing bumper, right side of hood had a gap between the bumper. They were able to almost get it all the way were it was after I pointed it out, but I’m still very satisfied. Thank you

I called the following day after picking up my vehicle and had brought up a concern about some damage to my front bumper that wasn’t previously there before. The way the two lady’s dealt with my situation were somewhat condescending and trying to put the blame on me which I did not appreciate. In the end my problem was resolved but after so much time advocating for myself and going back and forth which I feel like if a client comes to you with a concern don’t try to relay the blame onto them instantaneously maybe try to self reflect and be a little more understanding before trying to automatically shut down the idea that your workers or business as a whole made a mistake. Overall the issue was resolved but it was a frustrating experience to say the least.

The work I went in to get done is a 10/10 but give them a 0/10 for the way they take zero accountability in a situation they caused.

I went to 3 places to inquire and see the shop. What made me decide to take it to CVC was the excellent customer service I was afforded. I felt they were trustworthy and my car will be taken cared of properly.

They washed the car and cleaned the inside too. There’s also a 30 day period to go back to polish the paint.

Dimples throughout new paint, new chips to existing paint all over various locations on truck, tailgate lock does not work anymore, tailgate hydraulics do not work properly anymore, heavy orange peel throughout new panel paint job on bottom half, “ cleaned my truck after repair” But left it with heavy watermarks on truck and footprints all over chrome step panels and ceiling of truck cab was not cleaned. I do not recommend this company

Dimples in my new paint, heavy orange peel on bottom half throughout rear driver side panel, tailgate latch does not lock anymore, extra chips in my paint and various locations all over my car. Hydraulic on my tailgate does not work. I do not recommend this company for any more work

we were overall very satisfied with our customer service we received from Central Valley collision. we received our car two days late after the date promised, there was an issue with the replacement wheel and the alignment getting done. We’re due to go back in 30 days for an appointment to polish the paint job we received on the repairs performed.
