Called me in and brought out a different car that wasn’t mine. Made me wait an extra week to pick up. Car was not fully repaired when I picked it up. Told me they had parts coming in and that they will give me a call to bring it in. Never received a phone call, left my car not fully repaired

There is one additional step that will completed 30 days later. I was impressed to know about this as other repair shops I’ve used do not perform this added service, which is applying a wax coat to the vehicle once the paint has completely cured.

All I can say is wow! I have never been so impressed with an auto body shop before. Not only were the repairs done in record time (5 days) but the paint job is emasculate. The whole car was washed, hand dried the trim and tires were shined and the inside was even wiped down with leather cleaner and vacuumed throughout. And was told to bring the car back after 30 days so that they can wax my car. They should be the first shop on the AAA list for customers to take their cars and trucks.
