There were a lot of unnecessary delays and hoops to jump through. They told me my car would be there for one day, two at the most. It took me 2.5 weeks to get my car back. They also sent unprofessional texts, including one basically calling my dad rude for being frustrated (I sent him by because I needed my sons car seat and other items) and not wanting to hear their excuses for the most recent delay. My husband is a mechanic, we knew exactly what was wrong with my car when it was brought in, but they swear they could not have diagnosed it before removing the bumper and completing one repair. So it was always. We need to wait for a new part, it’ll be at least three more days. Repeat.

The shop had installed a broken parts in my car but luckily my boyfriend was able to noticed it. So it took another 2 days for the new parts to get replaced.
