the paint quality is OK. Pointed out some blemish on the paint to clean up (requires additional time) when arrived for pickup

Had to make appointments a few times. They had trouble getting parts in after they confirmed the appointment. Was hard to switch my work schedule around and find someone to take car in after appointment was changed , but the quality of work is a 10.

I was told by AAA that my vehicle would be restored to its original condition, which did not happen.

I was told that my vehicle would be restored to its original condition before the damage. This is not the case as many of the dents are still visible. The technicians also left some sort of adhesive on the exterior of the vehicle in several areas which will need some sort of solvent to remove. The interior of the vehicle was left with black fingerprints in several locations which will also need to be removed. The drive side mirror which was replaced is loose and vibrates when driving so much that it is difficult to see clearly through which is a safety hazard.

Left over adhesive residue on the exterior of the vehicle as well as the windows. Dents are still visible in multiple locations. In addition to a small dent that wasn’t even repaired. Black fingerprints left all over the interior of the vehicle. Side mirror that was replaced is loose and vibrates when driving. Orange tape left in multiple areas underneath the vehicle.
