I will be yelping and creating a claim with the BBB about their unprofessional behavior and sub par work. Les Schwab said they would never recommend anyone in Tracy to use them after seeing their patch job under my truck.

Horrible nightmare of a business to deal with. They do not do safety inspections of any damages and Frankenstein your vehicle back to cosmetic appearance of pre accident loss. They left razor blades and razor blades in the back of my bed of truck. They broke a plastic piece off our side step and argued it was not them. They charge 3% fees to use a debit or credit card which is ridiculous as the prices quoted were inflated and billed to my insurance company. We had to take our truck elsewhere to get the suspension checked as they would charge us for a re inspection and closed our claim immediately. The tire place found cuts were done under our truck and old pieces left behind not properly filed down so causing rubbing and noises under the quarter panel they replaced. Never going back here again regardless of lifetime warranty.
