This is my 2nd repair experience with Central Valley Collision a the only reason I would return is because they did an extremely excellent job the 1st time. I highly recommend them for any type repair needed.

We got a call on Friday afternoon stating that the car was ready and we can pick it up anytime or the next day before 2 since we wouldn’t make it Friday before closing. We arrive on Saturday around 10am to find them still working on the car. We were confused as they called and stated it was ready for pick up. Upon inspecting the car we noticed that there were a ton of scratches on the car still and they did not replace the grill of the car even tho they charged AAA for it. We asked for the invoice and requested they change the grill. We noticed that it was prompted up on the shop. If we had not noticed they wouldn’t have changed it and kept the new one. Very unprofessional do not recommend
