I hadn’t been in an accident in many years so I was nervous about the whole process and Central Valley Collision really took care of me. The process was seamless and quick! Within 3 days I had my front bumper, grill, and headlight replaced. They ever cleaned the inside and outside of my car! They did an excellent job and I would definitely recommend them to all my family and friends! Thank you Gerardo and team for the excellent customer service and for making my car look brand new!

Unprofessional!! I was lied to by the office person. Told me my car was being washed and would be ready at 5:30pm. Got tjere at 5:15 and car was not washed filthy and they were still working on it. Had to wait about an hour. Day before that was told car would be ready at 5:30 waited til 4:45 decided to take back my rental car as soon as I was getting a ride to the center i get a call saying its not gonna be ready. Which led to tje previously told incident. Also had dents they “say” were already there?? This place is not a good business at all. They don’t care and the owner Gerardo does nothing at all!! I will be reporting them to AAA and telling my story everywhere on google, yelp, carwise and facebook. I let Gerardo know this as well. He had nothing to say shows how much they don’t care at this so called business. I doubt they even did the work they quoted. This place be trusted at all!! Liars

I had to go back in on my own time because they cracked one of the tail lights and honestly who really knows what kind of quality of work they do when they are dishonest about what’s going on

The day it was supposed to be done i was called and told it would be ready by 5:30pm. At 4:45 i had heard nothing so i returned the rental. At 5:00 on my way over they called and said it was not going to be ready till the next day. The next day came they never called about the status. At 4:45 i called and was told it was ready and being washed and detailed and would be ready at 5:30 PM. When I arrive at 5:15 PM not only was it not washed and detailed they were still working on it. So the lady in the office completely lied to me after waiting almost an hour. They finished it up and did a quick unsatisfactory wash on it. They also broke one of the tail lights when they were fixing it so then I had to go back in on Saturday on my own time and get that replaced as well. I also have to wait 30 days for the paint to cure because they don’t have a proper way to cure the paint after they paint a vehicle. Gerardo the owner offered nothing to compensate for this. There were also dents that I don’t remember being there that they claim were there and have pictures of, but the pictures were not very good that they showed me and who knows when they really took them. I guess I just have to assume they’re telling the truth, even though they’ve already lied to me. They showed no care about any of this and honestly, I’m a little upset with AAA that I was sent here.
