There process is super-streamlined as they worked directly with my auto insurance and car rental agency to coordinate car rental and insurance payments to facilitate and expedite my car repairs. Your new Manager Bill is GREAT. I've been attempting to an issue created by your vendor for MONTHS with former employee Cesar without success. Bill's first day he called me and we arranged to get the issue fixed. One of the gentlemen in the office walked out to my car during the check in process and identified the issue within seconds, why neither Cesar or your vendor was able to solve it during my previous 3 return visits I just dont understand. I said all that to say Bill is a great hire!!!
