Cesar was unprofessional seems to have anger issues! As I showed him2 dents a few scratches that weren’t there before he was really upset and arguing the scratches and not being helpful or understanding that I promised him that the scratches and dents were not there he kept raising his voice at me. Very disappointed he has no customer service. I left the office crying

Although I didn’t leave with my car, I’ve worked with this team before and have always had a great experience. I’m confident they did everything they could to try to save it, but unfortunately the cost of repairs exceeded the vehicle’s value and it was deemed a total loss.
